Refunds & Cancellation

Refunds for our services would be processed in the following cases:

• In case a service is cancelled altogether, complete refund of the amount paid will be processed.
• In case a service is discontinued midway, Integrated Kidney Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to charge for the items(drugs, consumables & gen. misc.), manpower, instruments, investigations etc. utilized during the treatment or for the entire treatment.
• If a transactional charge, like payment gateway charges etc., was applied on the payment in either of the aforementioned cases, then Integrated Kidney Solutions Pvt. Ltd. would not be responsible for the refund of that amount.
• Cancellations would be allowed only before commencement of the treatment. Once the treatment is underway, Integrated Kidney Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to deny cancellation/refunds of the services. Once the treatment has been completed successfully, cancellation/refunds of services would not be entertained.
